MSN TOOLBAR w/ wb5.01 not Working

I would like to know if someone has the same problem with IE6 + MSN Toolbar Addon. Since I had installed the msn toolbar and upgraded WB5 to WB5.01 The Toolbars disapear all the time I change between tabs. Are WB5 not compatible with MSN Toolbar????
